Victory Park is a n urban community in the heart of Dallas. It is surrounded by the Design District, the Arts District, Uptown, and Klyde Warren Park. Victory Park is home to over 3,000 residences, 800,000 sq ft of office space, the W Dallas Victory Hotel, the House of Blues, the Cinepolis Theatre, the Perot Museum, and street front retailers and restaurants. Also located within victory Park is the American Airlines Center, which hosts over 300 events a year and is home to the Dallas Mavericks and Dallas Stars.
